摘要
随着科学技术的不断发展,机械制造技术的发展以及制造业的发展,各式各样的机械设备及其产品越来越多的进入社会的各个领域,以减轻人们的劳动强度,提高生产率,进而提高企业的经济效益。
机械制造技术的发展与应用使我们的生产、生活日益现代化、自由化、高效化。然而,在我国沿海的鱼类食品加工厂中仍存在大量的手工操作,如深海鳕鱼的扒皮工序,工人们要徒手工作,而一天的工作量至多20几条,其生产效率较低。因此,选用何种工艺流程、加工设备以提高生产效率就很必要了。
为此,本文的主要内容是就深海鳕鱼的扒皮工序的工艺流程和机构设计,即鱼扒皮机的工艺流程和机构设计。
