摘要
本论文为中国石油大学(华东)青岛校区学生公寓南楼B座设计。按照要求平面形式布置为通廊式公寓格局,每个房间布置6个床位、均设阳台,集中式卫生间、盥洗室,楼内设置洗衣房、淋浴间、活动室等附属用房。
该建筑采用钢筋混凝土框架结构,六层。结构设计主要进行了:确定梁、柱截面尺寸及框架计算简图,荷载计算,框架的弹性侧移验算,内力分析,内力组合,梁、柱截面设计,楼板、楼梯和桩基础设计等。
手算结果表明:当风荷载比地震作用小时,在进行地震作用抗侧移验算的同时可不需要进行风荷载的抗侧移验算;在桩基设计时,应根据地质条件、荷载大小等因素合理选择桩体和承台的类型。

ABSTRACT
China University of Petroleum(East of China) is going to build student’s apartments. This project is the south building of student’s apartments. The plane shape of this building must be propylaea pattern, and there are six beds in one room, concentrated toilets and bathrooms. Every room should have a balcony. Besides, it should have washhouse, shower rooms, active rooms, and so on.
This building is reinforcing concrete frame structure, below six layers. The main content of the design includes the design data ,the decision of the sectional dimension of beam and column, simplified sketch of structure, the calculation of load and check the sideway of the frame , analysis bination of member force, design of sectional sizing ,stairway, floor, and pile foundation etc.
Through calculation, we can get the conclusion as follow: if the wing load is much lighter than the earthquake action, we don’t need to check the sideway of frame under the wind load when we check the sideway under the earthquake action. When es to design of pile foundation, we should select the style of the pile and platform reasonably.
