针对油田广泛使用的生产设备——抽油机的工作现状,为降低能耗、降低采油成本和抽油机生产成本、提高抽油机的工作效率,采用机、电、液结合技术,设计了液压助力装置。利用该装置可将原抽油机的配置的托动电动机功率降低5%,达到降低功率、降低成本、提高效率的目的。
目前,国内外油田绝大多数采用“游梁式”抽油机,这种抽油机启动转矩比正常运行转矩高10%左右。为保证正常工作,托动电机功率最大(启动)转矩工况配置,从而造成正常工作时的功率“浪费”,成本增加。采用抽油机辅助启动后,可将抽油机托动电机功率按正常运行时的工况配置,启动时用本装置托动,待转速达一定值时自动换成电机托动,辅助装置自动安全脱离。

Abstract
In view of the present working situation of the jack which is widely used in oil field, in order to cut down energy consumption、reduce the cost for extracting oil and oil production and increase the working efficiency of the jack , we essfully design the jack assisting startup device, which depend on machine、hydraulic and electric three-in-bination technology. we could cut down the motor power which is developed for the former jack for about 5%, and also the purpose of decreasing energy consumption、cutting down the cost、raising efficiency is achieved.
At present, most of the oil fields from home and abroad use “wander-beam” jack, the startup torque of this jack is about 10% higher than that while under failure-free operation. For working regularly, the power of the pulling motor is developed according to the maximum (startup) torque, thereby course the “waste” of power while working and cost raising. While using the jack assisting startup device, the pulling motor power of the jack could be developed according to the operational mode while running, when startup this device is used to support with the hand, when rotate speed reach to certain numeric value switch to motor pulling automatically, assisting device breaks away safely and voluntarily.
In order to adapt to the working condition、environment distinguishing feature of the jack, raise the elasticity of the device and meet the need of working outside, the jack assisting startup device is design base on vehicle mounted system.
