摘要
T611镗床是一种主要用镗刀在工件上加工孔的机床。通常用于加工尺寸较大、精度要求较高的孔,特别是分布在不同表面上、孔距和位置精度要求较高的孔,如各种箱体、汽车发动机缸体等零件上的孔。卧式镗床的主轴水平布置并可轴向进给,主轴箱沿前立柱导轨垂向运动,工作台可纵向或横向运动,可钻、扩、铰、和镗孔及车削内、外螺纹、攻螺纹、车外圆柱面、端面及用端面铣刀、圆柱铣刀铣平面等。

Abstract
The boring is one kind mainly processes the hole with the boring cutter on the work piece the machine tool. Usually uses in the finishing size being big, the precision request high hole, specially distributes on different superficial, the pitch of holes and the position precision request high hole, like each kind of box body, components and so in motor car engine cylinder body holes. The horizontal boring machine main axle level arrangement and may the axial feed, the headstock along the front column guide rail vertical movement, the work table be possible longitudinal or the transversal motion, may drill, expand, the articulation, and bores and in the turning, the external screw thread, the tapping, the vehicle outer annulus cylinder, the end surface and uses the face cutter, the column milling cutter mill plane and so on.
