摘要
企业战略是企业面对激烈变化的内外部环境为求得长期生存和不
断发展而对企业经营管理活动进行的总体性谋划它是企业经营思想的
集中体现是对企业经营范围的科学规定也是制定各种计划的基础
企业的战略研究就是企业最高管理层对企业战略的设计抉择评价
等管理活动的综合
泽根公司作为我国内燃机用弹簧的研制生产基地经历了 10 余年
的发展目前泽根公司的发展面临着机遇与挑战并存的局面进入了
公司发展史上一个新的发展时期对其进行发展规划研究显得尤为重
要本文就是在泽根公司的这种背景下对公司内外部环境进行了系统
的分析提出了泽根公司到 2010 年的战略规划方案
首先本文对国内外战略管理文献进行了综述对企业战略的特点
进行了归纳总结回顾了企业战略及战略管理的发展历程提出了泽根
公司发展战略规划研究的意义和论文构架
其次运用企业战略环境的 PEST 分析方法对泽根公司的战略环境
市场需求行业结构进行了分析并与国际和国内的同类企业进行了对

比分析指出了泽根公司的发展机遇与挑战
再次对泽根公司的战略资源和能力进行了系统的分析和阐述综
合了公司己有的基础结合行业现状明确了泽根公司的核心能力并运
用 SWOT 分析方法综合企业外部环境分析和内部条件分析深入分
析了泽根公司的战略能力基础为制定战略规划方案提供了思路和依
据
在对理论和实际进行研究分析的基础上运用战略聚类模型分析方
法按照战略制定要素并结合总体战略选择方法拟定了泽根公司的战
略规划方案和战略目标并提出了产品开发战略规划市场战略规划
财务战略规划人力资源规划组织与管理发展规划技术发展规划等
各子系统的战略规划方案
最后综合运用生命周期法和经济效果评价等研究方法对本战略规
划进行了评估分析,保证了研究结论的科学性和实用性

THE DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY OF
SAWANE SPRING (WUXI)
ABSTRACT
Facing the intense changes of inner and outer environments of enterprise,
enterprise strategy is an overall plan which is made out for the activities of
management and administration of an enterprise in order to keep its long term
existence and continuous development. The enterprise strategy is the
concentrative reflection of the enterprise management thought and it is the
scientific specification against the enterprise management scopes, and it is
also the foundation of making out various plans. The research of enterprise
strategy is just prehensive synthesis of management activities for the
top management on the design, determination and evaluation ... etc. of the
enterprise strategy.
