建筑外墙外保温技术的应用探讨

【摘要】能源短缺是目前制约我国经济发展的瓶颈,发展建筑外墙外保温技术是建筑围护结构节能的必要和关键措施。本文主要研究建筑外墙保温体系的材料、施工和质量通病等关键问题,以期对外墙外保温技术的发展起到一定的推动作用。
本文分析国内外外墙保温技术现状,简要介绍墙体保温技术的四种类型。针对远大E区工程项目工程,简述了保温材料的主要性能特点、保温材料的分类、介绍了几种常用建筑保温材料,论述了外墙外保温材料基本要求及其选材原则;外墙外保温技术施工,通过介绍标准中的不同做法,结合施工工艺、材料选择及使用环境的特殊性,阐述了不同的施工方法及注意事项;外墙外保温常见质量问题及解决措施,针对经常出现的外保温系统的脱落、空鼓、结露返霜、裂缝等质量问题,对存在问题的原因进行了分析及并提出了具体解决措施;最后对全文进行了总结。

Abstract:Since energy shortage has been a bottleneck restricting the economic development of China presently,energy conservation has aroused the consensus of the paper studies the materials of exterior wall insulation system, construction and quality defects and other key issues, to the development of external wall insulation technology play a role in promoting.
This paper analyzes the domestic and external wall insulation technology status, a brief description of the four types of insulation technology. Ambitious E area project, outlined the main characteristics of insulation materials, insulation materials, classification, introduces mon building insulation materials, exterior insulation materials, discussed the basic requirements and selection principles; Exterior insulation technology construction, by introducing different approaches to standards, combined with construction technology, material selection and use of the special nature of the environment to expla
