物流设施的优化在企业生产系统运转的畅通程度,物料搬运成本等方面发挥着至关重要的因素,决定着产品成本的高低。随着制造业之间的竞争日趋激烈,物流设施的优化在制造业中的应用已成为许多企业关注的焦点。大连车辆厂主要从事制造内燃机车、电力机车、城市轨道车辆、大功率中速柴油机和各种机车车辆配件产品,并修理(改造)内燃机车。由于产品体积大,质量大等特点,因此如何保证装配车间内的物料流动顺畅以及搬运路线的合理性,已成为企业物流管理的一项重大工作。论文根据设施规划相关理论,从大连车辆厂目前实际出发,运用系统布置设计SLP法就转向架电机轮对的装配车间进行分析,并结合计算机建模和仿真技术,应用人因工程、生产线平衡等关于设施布局及工作地优化等相关理论和方法完成了转向架电机轮对装配车间布局的部分优化工作。主要是对原车间详细图中存在的问题进行改进,并提出改进后的车间详细图,同时提出了一定的理论依据。

ABSTRACT
Optimization of logistics facilities in the smooth operation of the production system level, material handling costs, and played a crucial factor in determining the level of product cost. With increasingly petition between manufacturers, logistics facilities, optimization in manufacturing applications have e the focus of many businesses. Dalian factory mainly engaged in the manufacture of diesel vehicles, electric otives, city rail vehicles, high-power medium-speed diesel engines and a variety of rolling stock accessories, and repair (reconstruction) diesel otive. As the product volume, quality, and other characteristics, how to ensure the assembly plant and within the smooth flow of materials handling line is reasonable, logistics management has e a major work. Papers related to the facility planning theory, the current vehicle plant from Dalian reality, the use of the system layout design SLP method, on the motor bogie wheel assembly plant analysis, combined puter modeling and simulation technology, using human factors engineering, production line balancing, etc. facility layout and work on optimizing and other related theories and methods plete the bogie wheel motor part of the assembly plant layout optimization. Mainly in the original workshop detailed plans to improve the problems and propose improved plant detailed map, and made a theoretical basis.
