基于云计算、云制造理念,提出的一种面向服务,高效便利和基于知识网络化智能新工艺管理模式—云工艺管理。云工艺管理是现代工艺管理的前瞻性课题,其融合了现有的信息化管理,ERP,云计算,物联网、语义Web,高性能计算等技术,能够为制造全生命周期提供及时可靠,优质的管理指导与服务。本文在工艺管理现状及云计算、云制造研究的基础上,结合大连机车车辆厂实际情况,进行了面向产品全生命周期云工艺管理研究,阐述了云工艺管理系统的构建过程。对云工艺管理模式下的资源进行了详细分类,并对构建过程中所涉及的资源的感知、虚拟接入、服务化和云服务部署等关键问题展开了研究,给出了工艺管理云及工艺管理云服务的相关说明。在此基础上进一步提出了云工艺管理应用模式,为最终实现高效、智能的云工艺管理系统提供了支持。结合产品全生命周期设计工艺管理、现场工艺管理任务需求,依据所提构建方法与关键技术,初步建立了面向用户需求工艺管理实例应用模型,为云工艺管理的进一步研究奠定了基础。
