摘要
汽车起重机的液压伺服系统是起重机最重要的系统之一,它实现起重机上车的周转,支撑腿的收放以及变幅机构的变幅。本文涉及的培训系统是实际系统的近似,它用于教学培训,而不用于实际生产,因而,与实际系统相比,设计要求降低了。
本文讨论了起重机上车周转和操纵仓俯仰两液压伺服机构的设计,采取分而治之的方法,就周转和俯仰的不同特点给出了合适的传动方案和详细设计,并给出了相应的液压系统控制图。周转运动的两个备选方案,即涡轮蜗杆减速器和行星齿轮减速器之间并没有绝对的优劣之分,应该讲,他们在实际应用中各有千秋。在本文中,由于其他参数(如接触疲劳强度、弯曲疲劳强度等)的设计要求降低了,从节能高效方面考虑,选择了行星齿轮减速器方案。传动方案中最重要的部分选择好以后,即可得到周转全传动路线为:电动机—液压系统—行星齿轮减速器—锥齿轮减速器—轴承。俯仰运动的设计简单,最后选择的是一四杆机构,机构通过液压缸驱动实现操纵仓的俯仰。

Abstract
The hydraulic servo system is one of the most important systems of the crane. They turn the upper part of the car around,change the length of the support legs,and support the work arm. This essay involves a training system,which is an approximate version of the real system. The system is used in training fields,hence the design criteria is reduced.
This essay discusses the design of circle mechanism and up and down mechanism,which are both part of the hydraulic servo system. I separate the question in two individual parts and then focus on each part which leads to a solution. In this way,I am able to demonstrate transmission scheme and detail design. And I also provide the design of hydraulic control system. The two alternative schemes for the circle moving,which is worm reducer and ary gear reducer,have their own advantages and disadvantages.
