本次毕业设计的题目为某经济开发区排水工程设计。主要任务是完成排水管道系统和污水处理厂设计。管道系统采用完全分流制。根据毕业设计的原始资料及设计要求对出水水质的要求:即要求脱氮除磷,出水达到一级排放标准,确定为A2/O污水处理工艺。
该污水处理厂工程,处理量为5万吨/日。
该污水厂的污水处理流程为:进厂原水首先进入粗格栅,粗格栅后有污水提升泵提升污水进入细格栅。然后进入沉砂池,用以去除密度较大的无机砂粒,提高污泥有机组分的含率。进入A2/O反应池,进入辐流式二次沉淀池,进入接触池,再进入巴氏计量槽,最后出水;污泥的流程为:从A2/O反应池排出的剩余污泥进入集泥配水井,再由污水泵送入浓缩池,再进入储泥池,最后外运处置。
最终,处理后SS≤20mg/L,BOD5≤20mg/L,COD≤60mg/L,TN≤15mg/L,TP≤1mg/L,水质达到一级排放标准,符合设计要求。

The design of the drainage works in the economic
development zone of Fenglingdu
Abstract:The topic of this graduate design is about the design of the drainage works in the economic development zone of Fenglingdu. The main task is the primary design of sewer systems and sewage treatment plant. Pipeline system is fully streaming. According to the primitive data of the graduation project and demanding for water quality: Namely require the denitrification and phosphorus removal to reach the first class discharge standard, to identify the Anaerobic-Anoxic-Oxic technology of sewage treatment process design.
The construction of this plant is 50000 tons per day.
The process of the sewage in the plant is that: the original water enters coarse then wastewater is promoted into the medium screening by pump. After that it enters the sand pool , enters the Anaerobic-Anoxic-Oxic pond ,enters the pond of sedimentation tank,enters disinfection pond,then enters calculation trough,at last lets process of the sludge is that: Surplus sludge from the sedimentation tank enters concentration pond,enters digestion pong,then it is dehydrated,at last it is carried out of the plant.
Eventually, the water after treatment can reach the first class discharge standard, as SS≤20mg/L,BOD5≤20mg/L,COD≤60mg/L,TN≤15mg/L,TP≤1mg/L,meet design requirements.
