本建筑为金光小区超市,为4层框架结构,,。。本建筑从平面布局的合理性,到工作人员、购物者和货物的分流,到采光、通风及保温的设计,都充分体现了以人为本的设计理念。本建筑采用框架双向承重,结构计算考虑了风荷载及抗震要求,考虑结构塑性内力重分布的有利影响,对竖向荷载作用下的内力进行调幅,分别考虑恒载和活载由可变荷载效应控制的组合和由永久荷载效应控制的组合。

ABSTRACT
This building is supeimaket of jinguang, and frame of 4 storeys structure, bed building store height meters, construction overall height the whole construction area of square building is from the rationality of the plane figure, to the distributary of staff member, buyer and books, get daylighting, ventilate and design that keep warm, fully reflect the design idea of People First. This building adopt the two-way bearing of frame. This building of structure has calculated and considered the wind loads and antidetonation is required, consider structure plasticity favorable influence that internal force distribute again, load to verticality internal force of function carry on amplitude modulation, consider permanent year and live by variable to load the association that the effect controls and loaded the association that the effect controlled for ever year separately.
