针对目前制造业的技术装备现状,对传统机械制造业装备进行改造,解决机械制造业中的一些技术问题,用现代先进技术对旧的设备进行改造和提升,是我国制造业的发展方向。本课题是针对己报废的两台C616普通废旧车床进行数控化改造,其现实意义在于如何寻找一种可行的、有推广价值的设备改造方法,对传统机械制造行业的技术装备进行技术提升,以解决目前设备老化所带来的问题。
本课题研究过程中, 针对数控设备的限位保护功能有些欠缺,容易发生超程故障等问题,提出采用把所有限位保护电路改为负逻辑控制,并对这一方案进行了理论分析和实践。实际应用表明采用这一技术改造设备后,取得了很好的效果。根据数控车床所承担加工任务的特点,其加工的零件类型大多分为轴类、套类、盘类等,依据成组工艺技术的原理,我们提出首先编写各类零件成组工艺,依据成组工艺,编写数控程序,将数控加工程序编号存入CP机中的方法,完成对零件的快速程序编制,提高生产效率。通过这种方法,可以变小批生产为“大”批生产,可以有效的提高生产效率,同时降低对操作人员的要求。

ABSTRAC
As for current situation of manufacturing industry’s technology,it is the trend to reform and promote the traditional manufacturing equipments with modern technology. The topic is to carry out numerical control reform towards two discarded C616 Lathes. Through which people can seek out a viable and valuable- to- expand technical equipments reform methods so that it can solve the problem so wing to the out-dated equipments and promote the traditional mechanical manufacturing equipments.
During the research, the research puts forward to turn al1cireuit protection into negative logic control and has carried out theory analysis and practice .Its actual application obtained good result so that technique has already applied for the national invention patent.
According to the characteristics C lathes process mission,the types of parts can be divided into stalk,set and dish. We put forward pose craft in its accordance groups,on the base of craft technology theory in groups,pose numerical grogram then put them into PC do that it is fast to finish instant programming in order to promote processing efficiency. Through this way,the small quantity production can be turned into mass production. Owing to that,it can promote efficiency effectively and lower the requirements of operators.
The research pleted the numerical control reform of two discarded ordinary C616 lathes and their devotion usage signals that all the function indexes satisfy the design requirements . And during the process of re
