摘要 
随着机电一体化的加工技术的迅猛发展,数控机床的应用已日趋普及,机械制造业正在越来越多地采用数控技术来改善其生产加工方式,,我国机电产品呈现机电一体化发展的趋势,在机械设计中开始应用可靠性设计,优化设计和计算机辅助设计等现代设计方法,消化了引进先进技术和新材料,,标准化工作也有了新的发展,因而大大提高了机械设计和产品水平。 
数控加工的目的是让加工精度更高,效率更高,,本人概述了轴类典型零件的加工工艺及加工方案,通过自己所学专业知识和实际加工经验并把数控机床与普通机床合理的结合在一起,更好的应用到实际当中.
对于企业来说,产品的质量是企业生存的基础,,将普通机床与数控机床合理的结合,使现有资源合理化,从而实现低成本高收益,首先进行轴类加工方案的确定,然后选择满足图定尺寸要求的机床,从而确定加工工艺。 
,设计编制轴类零件的普通加工工艺规程和数控加工工艺规程,并编制精加工的数控加工程序。
