从《为吏之道》看儒学与秦代的政治道德

摘要:
云梦秦简中的《为吏之道》主要说明官吏应具备的品德修养,以及官吏治理人民的政治道德;将其与儒家***
经典文献进行比对,可以看到其吸取了儒家宽裕忠信、修养身心、安贫乐道的思想,这表明。秦代在治民方面虽然实行严刑峻
罚,但是在政治道德建设方面却重视儒家的内圣之道;这也从一个侧面说明秦代并不完全排斥儒学。
