本次毕业设计题目为辽河新城中珠大厦办公楼E栋工程的投标报价。本工程负一层为地下车库,地上五层,外加一机房层,建筑高度27m,㎡,结构形式为砖混结构。本毕业设计由工程概况、施工组织设计、工程量清单的编制、工程造价指标分析及工程报价的编制四部分组成。
第一部分工程概况。主要介绍了工程的基础工程、主体工程以及装饰工程等。
第二部分施工组织设计。根据工程特点划分施工段,确定合理的施工顺序,选择主要分部分项工程施工方法,根据工期要求编制合理施工进度计划表,并绘制施工平面图,以及采取有效的质量、安全等保证措施,例如安全文明施工措施、季节性施工措施等。
第三部分工程量清单的编制。主要从清单工程量计算和清单计价原理两个方面阐述其编制过程,应用广联达造价软件,分别进行了图形算量、钢筋抽样和计价,较传统的人工计算更加高效、准确。
第四部分工程造价指标分析及工程报价的编制。根据措施项目的计价规则及规费、税金的计算规则对本工程办公楼进行了简单的计算,阐述了计价软件在工程量清单计价中的应用,并进行了指标分析以及和同类工程的比较。
在设计过程中,以《建设工程计量与计价》、《工程量清单计价与规则》为依据2008建设工程工程量清单计价规范进行,通过使用查阅资料与网络等手段,在指导老师的帮助下完成了工程量的计算与此工程投标报价的编制。
