摘要
级联型逆变器作为多电平逆变器是出现得最早的一种,1975年P. Hammond 提出了多个H桥采用隔离的直流电源作输入,输出端串联的结构,并申请了美国专利。由于中等电压高功率的需要,级联型逆变器在20世纪90年代后期才得到广泛流行。现在级联型逆变器广泛应用于高电压的电动机驱动、大功率电源、大功率有源电力滤波等场合。本文重点对多电平级联型逆变器的调制方法和相关问题进行了研究。主要研究内容包括以下几个方面:
,并重点研究了级联型逆变器三种常见拓扑结构:二极管箝位型逆变器、飞跨电容型逆变器和级联型逆变器的拓扑结构。
,重点研究了五种调制方法:阶梯波调制法、多载波SPWM调制法、相移PWM调制法、空间矢量调制法、脉冲阶梯调制法。
,对多载波调制法、脉冲阶梯调制法、阶梯调制法进行了仿真研究,与理论分析进行对比,分析三种调制方法的可靠性。

Research on the Control Method of Multi-level Inverters
ABSTRACT
Cascaded multi-level inverter as the emergence of the earliest a 1975 P. Hammond made a number of H bridge isolated DC power used for input and output series of the structure and application of the United States patent. As the needs of medium-voltage high-power, cascaded inverter in the 20th century until the late 90's widely popular. Cascade is now widely used in high voltage inverter motor drive, power supply, high power active power filters and other occasions. This article focuses on the multi-level cascaded inverter modulation methods and related issues were studied. Main research content and innovation, including the following:
1. Analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the cascade inverter, and then focus on mon cascaded inverter topologies: diode-clamped inverter, flying capacitor inverter and cascaded inverse Transformer topology.
2. Cascaded inverter traditional, focusing on the five modulation method: step wave modulation, multi-carrier SPWM modulation, phase shift PWM modulation, space vector modulation, pulse step modulation.
3. in the Simulink toolbox used for multi-carrier modulation, pulse modulation method step, step modulation method, a simulation study, compared with the theoretical analysis to analyze the reliability of three types of modulation methods.
