小型场上可移动式油菜脱粒机设计
摘要:油菜是我国主要的油料作物,是我国食用油的主要来源。但由于我国油菜种植的特定情况,油菜的机械化联合收获在我国还没有广泛实现。目前,专门为油菜脱粒设计脱粒机较少,大多是在其他作物的脱粒机的基础上改装,这类脱粒机由于不能完全适应油菜的脱粒特性而存在脱粒效果不好,损失率大等缺陷,所以急需设计一款能适应油菜分段收获场上移动作业的脱粒机。本设计采用轴流式全喂入滚筒进行脱粒,脱粒元件为杆齿,在滚筒上成螺旋线布置,脱粒效果较好,清选机构选用风机加双层振动筛结构,能有效将油菜和杂质分开,减小其损失率,脱粒机装有行走轮,能在场上灵活移动,提高作业效率。

Design of A Small Mobile Thresher for Rape
Abstract: Rapeseed is the main oil crops in is the main source of cooking oil in China. Due to the specific situation of our rape planting, harvest mechanization of rape in our country has not yet been implemented widely . At present,zhe thresher that specially designed for rape threshing is not enough ,and most of that was adapted on the basis of other crops thresher, because cannot adapt to the rape threshing characteristics , threshing effect of those theller is not good, the loss ratio is high,for those reasons, we need to design a threshing machine which can adapt to rape segment and can mobile flexiblelys in harvest field. This design using the axial feeding roller for threshing ,and threshing device isr pole teeth,whicht installed in the roller according to the spiral line, it working well.
