摘要:物流作为第三利润的源泉,如今越来越受到各个行业的重视。针对我国物流行业的现状和发展趋势,以ArcGIS
软件如何实现物流中心选址和配送最短路径的选择为例,展现了GIS技术在现代城市物流配送中的应用,展望了GIS在该
领域广阔的应用前景。

物流是指为了满足顾客的需求,将原材料,半成
品、完成品以及相关的信息从发生地向消费地流动的
过程,以及为使保管能有效、低成本地进行而从事的
计划、实施和控制行为Ⅲ。其中货物运输路径的选择,
仓库地址的选择等,都涉及如何处理大量的空间数据
与属性数据来缩短物流时间,降低物流成本。而地理
信息系统(以下简称GIS)不仅具有空间和属性数据采
集、输入、编辑、存储、管理、空间分析、查询,输
出和显示功能,而且可为系统用户进行预
