Abstract: The issue of the order is always essential in social life. It is the reason why it is is deeply related with and is the main theme of the general social theories or the social philosophy. That the social order is the theme of the social philosophy is determined by the nature of both the social philosophy’s function and the issue of the order. The relation ship between the individual and the society is the core subject of the social life and social philosophy and is restricted by them.
