文化产业作为知识经济时代的主导产业,具有巨大的市场潜力和广阔的发展前景。文化与经济的关系是互动的,世界上许多发达国家和地区文化与经济的相互促进相得益彰就是很好的例证。陕西具有悠久历史和灿烂文化,集传统文化和现代文化于一体,具有发展文化产业的先决条件,但其发展不尽人意,在陕西经济中所占比重较小。陕西文化产业发展存在文化经营管理人才缺乏,产业意识滞后、资源利用不充分,文化产品供需脱节、文化产业管理体制不合理,政策制度不健全、对文化产业的投入不足,投资渠道单一等问题。陕西文化产业成为经济社会发展中一个重要的产业,要把文化产业列入陕西经济发展的主导产业行列、培育人力资源,提升比较优势、转变传统观念,加快产业发展、发挥市场作用,重视资源整合、依托需求市场,调整产品结构、加快体制改革,畅通融资渠道、健全政策体制,鼓励文化消费,来发展文化产业并促进陕西经济大发展。

Culture industry as the leading industry of the era of knowledge economy, has huge market potential and broad prospects for development. The relationship between culture and economy is interactive, many developed countries and regions of the world cultural and economic promote each other bring out the best in each other is a good example. Shaanxi has a long history and splendid culture, integrating traditional culture and modern culture, is a prerequisite for the development of cultural industry, but its development, in the Shaanxi economy accounts for a smaller proportion.
