就业是民生之本,对于拥有13亿人口的我国来说,就业难是一个长期的问题,然而在国际金融危机的冲击尚未消退的情况下,我国就业难问题又引起社会的广泛关注。农村劳动力作为农业生产和经济发展的决定性因素和动力,其总量的增长、行业配置、整体素质的高低及利用是否合理,关系着农村经济能否持续、稳定、健康发展,关系着党在新世纪头20年内全面建设小康社会宏伟目标能否顺利实现。本文根据当前出现的“用工荒”为引子,就农村劳动力转移与城市就业矛盾产生的原因、解决途径进行阐述。近几年来,在农产品价低、卖难、农民增收、农村剩余劳动力问题形势严峻的情况下,加强这方面的研究,对促进农村剩余劳动力的转移以及对城市就业产生的矛盾,具有重大意义。
本文就我国农村劳动力转移与城市就业矛盾进行初步探讨,通过对农村劳动力转移的现状、原因、影响及城市就业的概况的研究,分析其内在的原因与联系。针对我国城乡就业矛盾的特殊性、紧迫性,提出一些城乡统筹就业的建议,以及需要政府相关政策的支持和企业、个人关于就业的积极合作,解决城乡就业矛盾。
