摘要
随着科学技术的发展,包封技术在粮食、火柴等行业的运用越来越广。直形包封机是目前广泛采用的包装物料的工具之一,包封的主要作用是保护商品,便于储藏、运输和销售,并在一定条件下可以保证运输过程中的安全问题。,在输送、环保、干燥、储藏、加工等领域有着广泛的应用,本文设计的食品、烟草工业中较为实用的直形包封机。本设计满足完成送盒、送纸夹盒、贴边封口、涂胶干燥等工艺动作,工作连续进行,每封应包的方正紧实。设备运转平稳、轻快,结构简单。

Abstract
Along with the development of science and technology, packing technology in the food, matches and other industries increasingly widely used. The straight packaging machine is one of packing material tools which at present widely uses. The packing main function has the modity, causes modity to be advantageous for the preserve, the transportation and the sale, and may guarantee in the transportation process under the certain condition the security problem. This technology has broad application in transportation, environmental protection, fields such as dry, storing, processing. This article designs straight packaging machine which is more practical in food, o industry. This design pletes delivers the box, feed box folders, and pasted edge sealing, spreads the rubber to be dry and so on the craft movement, the work continuously carries on, each should wrap uprightly . The equipment revolution is steady, light and simple structure.

第一章前言
我国包装机械行业作为商品提供装备的工业,形成于20世纪70年代末与80年代初。经过80年代的快速发展,90年代的高速增长,近5年来包装机械行业每年以11%~12%的平均增长速度发展。
包封技术在科学研究中只是一门实验技术,而在现代工业生产中却成了一门基本技术而得到广泛应用。进入21世纪,包封技术又朝怎样的趋势发展,赖以发展的前提是什么?在科学技术日新月异的今天,包封技术又会起到什么新的作用?取得什么新成就?这许多未知的问题, 值得我们思考。
