基于循环经济的林业产业生态化

摘要: 阐述了产业生态化、基于循环经济的林业产业生态化的内涵,并应用循环经济的原理从
微观、中观、宏观 3 个层面对林业产业生态化的结构进行了分析研究,研究结果表明: 在微观
层面上,通过工艺改造、技术创新、流程改造等,实现资源在企业内部投入的减量化、废弃物
排出的减量化,促进资源在企业内部的循环利用,进一步提高资源的利用效率、投入产出效
率,减少企业废弃物的排放; 在中观层面上,需要建立一套完善的协调机制,促进企业之间的
信息流通,促进各个企业之间的协同合作,促进资源在由各个企业所组成的系统内实现循环利
用,从而提高各个企业的决策效率; 在宏观层面上,促进资源在全社会范围内的大循环,实现
资源消耗的减量化,大幅度提高林业各个产业、各个环节的资源利用效率。通过各个产业之间
的调整、优化来促进林业产业生态化,改善生态环境。

Abstract: The connotation of ecological industry and ecological forestry industry based on the economy
is defined using the theory of circular economy. Ecological forestry industry is stated from the perspec-
tives of tiny view,medium view,and macro view. On micro-view,to realize reducing of input and
disposal,it is necessary to promote cyclic utilization of resource,to raise resource utilization efficien-
cy alertness,input and output efficiency,to reduce waste emission. This process is mainly realized
