摘要:实施汽车逆向物流,不仅能使物流企业提高服务水平和运营效率,也能重新获得报废汽车及其零部件的使用价值,更是节约资源,保
护环境、实施可持续发展的重要措施。文章在分析了国内外废旧汽车逆向物流发展现状的基础上,指出我国废旧汽车逆向物流发展的制约因素
与不足,、经济方向健康发展提供理论支持.

0引言
逆向物流就是从客户手中回收用过的、过时的或者损坏的产品
和包装开始,直至最终处理环节的过程。然而对产品再使用和循环
的逆向物流控制研究,却是过去的十年里才开始被认知和展开的。
我国对汽车逆向物流的研究起步较晚,其定义可归纳为:汽车逆向
物流是以满足顾客和保护环境为出发点,根据实际需要,对汽车产
品和相关信息实行从下游到上游的物流活动,包括退回物流和废弃
物物流两大部分。其中,退回物流指不合格品的返修、退货以及周转
使用的包装物等从需方返回到供方的物流活动,如汽车召回:废弃
物物流指将已失去经济活动价值的原使用物品,通过回收、检测、处
理等,送到专门的处理中心所进行的物流活动,如报废汽车的处理。
对于报废汽车来说,由于其琴部件经过长时间的运转均已磨
损,汽车性能大幅降低,如果继续使用,会排放出大量有毒
