摘要
任何一个开放经济的国家,其对外经济交易的各个领域,都要受到汇率的影响。理论上讲,汇率的变动可以影响一国产品的相对价格,从而使进出口量发生变化,并影响到贸易收支差额。自2003年初日本在七国会议明确提出要求“人民币升值”的主张后,以美国为首的一些国家和一些国际机构以各种形式要求人民币升值。2005年7月21日新的人民币汇率制度出台,改变了过去事实上钉住美元的汇率制度,实行以市场供求为基础,参考一篮子货币进行调节,有管理的浮动汇率制度,人民币一直面临着升值的压力。人民币汇率的变动对我国的进出口贸易究竟能产生多大的影响?正确理解这些问题具有十分重要的现实意义。本文分析了我国外贸的形势,探讨了人民币汇率升值对外贸的积极和消极两个方面的影响。

Abstract
It’s known to all that the exchange rate impacts any country of open economy in every antenna of foreign trade. Theoretically says, the exchange rate change may affect homemade goods the relative price, thus causes the import and export quantity to change, and affects the trade balance of payment. On the moment that Japan maintained the RMB appreciation in the 7-country Conference in 2003, the US-led countries and some anizations were asking the government to appreciate the RMB in various ways. The new foreign exchange mechanism was published on July 21, 2005, and the former dollar-pegged foreign exchange mechanism was replaced by the new managed floating exchange mechanism which is pegged to a basket of foreign currencies and is adjusted according to the condition of the market demand, then RMB appreciates. Well, whether the RMB exchange rate could influence the China’s exported trade? It is significant in understanding these questions. This article analyzes the situation of Chinese foreign trade, and investigates the both positive and negative appreciating effects to the trade.
