【摘要】
火是一个活跃的生态因子, 经常作用于森林生态系统, 而且它的作用具有两重性。一方面火能烧毁森林, 严重破坏森林的结构和功能另一方面火可以作为营林的工具和手段, 用火可以改善森林环境, 有利于维持和促进森林生态系统的平衡。本文主要从于扰与自我更新、逆演与顺演、种的多样性、群落的稳定性及系统的自我调节功能等五个方面剖析了火在森林森林环境中的作用规律。以及火灾对我国森林的破坏形式和我们应该怎么样应对现阶段森林中关于火灾的问题。并且指出以上五个指标可作为确定火灾性质、评价火在森林环境和生态平衡中的作用及开展营林用火的理论依据。
【英文摘要】
Fire is an active ecological factor and acts on forest ecosystem frequently with dual nature. On the one hand, fire can burn up forests, do great damage to the forest structure and function and even more destroy the forest ecosystem balance; on the other hand, fire can be regard as the tools and means of forest management. The use of fire can improve forest environment, accelerate the circulation of matter and energy flow. Based on the analysis of those aspects of disturbance and self-reproduction, Inverse analysis and retrieval of, kind of CIS-diversity, community and stability of the system of self-regulation features five areas of the fire in the forest forest environment in law. As well as fire damage to the forest and how should we respond to this stage of the forest fire problem. And pointed out that the above five indicators can be used as evaluation to determine the nature of fire, the fire in the forest environment and the role of ecological balance and carry out the forest fire theory.

火是一种普通的自然现象。早在地球诞生之初, 地球上就存在两种火源, 一是来自地球之外的郧石撞击二是来自地球内部的火山爆发。地球上有了水和空气, 便产生了第三种自然火源—雷击火人类出现后, 使自然界又多了一种人为火源。因此, 火长期存在于森林生态系统, 并经常对其发生作用。那么, 火的作用是有利于维护还是破坏森林环境, 有哪些标准, 这些正是本文所要探讨的中心问题。
森林火灾破坏森林生态生态系统平衡,火烧后森林生态系统难以恢复,对森林资源和整个森林生态系统可以造成毁灭性的灾难,对居民财产、交通、大气环境和人们日常生活造成影响,因此世界各国都把高强度、大面积的森林火灾作为重大自然灾害加以预防和控制。
一、森林火灾的危害
森林一旦遭受火灾,,,遭受火灾后,,森林很难恢复原貌,,还会成为荒草地,甚至变成裸地.[1]例如,1987年“”特大森林火灾之后,分布在坡度较陡的地段的森林严重火烧之后基本变成了荒草坡,生态环境严重破坏,再要恢复森林几乎是不可能的.
