吉林省农技推广和服务绩效及影响因素分析*

摘要:通过对吉林省部分地区农户进行调查,采用多元回归计量模型,对吉林省农技推广和服务的绩效及影响因
素进行了实证分析。研究结果表明:农户的主体属性、农技机构自身属性以及运行环境影响农技机构绩效的评价结
果。其中男性、汉族、健康以及受教育水平高的强势群体对农技机构绩效的评价较高,而非农业收入比重高的农户
对农技机构绩效的评价较低;设施齐全、有示范基地、机构人员素质高及经费充裕等自身条件优越的农技机构的绩
效评价较高;沟通机制顺畅以及有科研合作的农技机构的绩效评价较高。

An Analysis of Performance and Influencing Factors of Jilin Agricultural

Abstract: Based on the investigation of the farmers in Jilin Province, using multivariate regression model,
agricultural technology extension and service performance and its influencing factors were analyzed. The results
showed that the farmers' personal attributes, attributes of agricultural science and technology mechanism and its
operating environment could affect the evaluation result of its performance. The strong groups made higher
evaluation of agricultural mechanism, such as male, Han nationality, and groups with higher health and education
level, while rural groups with higher non-agricultural e proportion made lower evaluation; The agricultural
