摘要:
历史街区民居建筑的保护是颇受关注的城市问题,本文研究的目的是对这一问题提供相关生态
化的保护策略。文中首先对典型的三种民居保护模式进行了分析,总结出目前民居建筑保护中存
在的一些共性问题,然后阐述生态化保护的概念,并说明这种保护方式的原则,最后提出了生态
化保护的策略——功能再利用策略、技术普及策略、因“国”制宜策略以及相关保护政策的制定,
并就每种策略列举相应实例,为历史街区民居的生态化保护提供参考。

Abstract: The preservation of traditional residence in historic districts is an urban problem
with wide concern and this article aims to provide some ecological preservation strategies for
it. Beginning with the analysis of three typical preservation modes, the article summarizes the
common issues about the preservation of existing traditional residence. Then, the ecological
preservation conception is brought forward, which is followed by the principles of such
preservation. And at last, based upon the theories, the article expounds the strategies including
function reuse, popularization of techniques, the localization of preservation and the establishment
of some related policies. Moreover some corresponding examples also have been supplied for
further reference.

1 绪论
随着国内城市化进程的加速,城
市的现代化建设也加快了步伐。高楼
大厦拔地而起,恢宏壮丽,充斥着现代
化建设理念,展示了现代人所引以为豪
的技术成果。可就在这些高楼开始瓜
分城市的地盘的时候,有很多珍贵的

东西被它们吞噬——那就是历史。
生态化保护之历史因素
作为城市历史最具体的载体,历
史街区是一个城市发展的根基,它的
存在赋予城市丰厚的文化底蕴。可现
代城市建设中,为了能满足人们对现代
建筑的需求并获得更多的商业利益,往

现代建筑设计生态化的理念,概
括地说就是用生态学原理和方法,以
人、建筑、自然和社会协调发展为目标,
有节制地利用和改造自然,寻求最适合
人类生存和发展的生态建筑环境。在
这个过程中,生态做法秉承了传统中和
谐发展的宗旨,是传统生态文化“天人

合一”思想的衍生。将现代的这种生
