三种肺炎支原体检测法的临床应用分析

摘要:目的探讨肺炎支原体(MP)咽拭子快速液体培养法、咽拭子聚合酶链反应(PCR)法和血清MP被动凝集法(MP-Ab)等方法在儿童MP感染诊断治疗过程中的敏感性方法采用3MP检测法对362例临床拟诊呼吸道(非细菌性)感染的患儿的咽拭子和血清标本进行配对研究,每患儿取咽拭子做快速培养和PCR,同时取血清做MP-Ab检测,对3种方法的检测结果与临床诊断治疗病例进行回顾性分析。结果回顾临床病例诊断MP感染患儿152例。MP快速培养法检出阳性78例,%,病程为(±)天;PCR法检测出阳性103例,%,病程为(±)天;MP-Ab法检测出阳性127例,%,病程(±)天。结论 3种MP检测法的敏感性与病程有相关性,临床医生应根据患儿病程选取检测方法,以提高阳性检出率和敏感性。

Abstract:Objective to evaluate the mycoplasma pneumoniae (MP) swabs rapid liquid culture method, pharyngeal swab method of polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and serum MP methods such as passive agglutination method (MP - Ab) MP infection in children in the process of diagnosis and treatment sensitivity methods using 3 MP test clinical examination in 362 cases of respiratory tract (nonbacterial) infection of children's throat swab and serum specimens matching study, each child take swabs for rapid culture and PCR, take do MP - Ab serum detection at the same time, the test results of three methods and cases of clinical diagnosis and treatment were retrospectively analyzed. The results of review 152 cases of children clinical diagnosis of MP infection. 78 MP fast culture method detected positive, positive rate was %, the course was ( + ) days; PCR method to detect the positive 103 cases, the positive rate was %, the course was ( + ) days; MP - Ab method to detect the positive 127 cases, the positive rate of %, the course of the disease ( + ) days. Conclusion the sensitivity of the three kinds of MP test has correlation with course of the dise
