摘要:目的观察行气通便贴外敷脐部预防脑卒中患者便秘的效果。方法:将2009年1月至2009年9月入院的 100例脑卒中患者随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组50例,采用行气通便贴外敷脐部;对照组50例,给予粗纤维饮食,腹部按摩及适量多饮水。统计比较两组患者七日内排便情况。结果:观察组显效率(72%)高于对照组(20%),总有效率分别为98%和72%,两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(p<)。结论:行气通便贴外敷脐部是预防脑卒中卧床患者便秘发生的安全、有效的护理方法。
