摘要
电力系统中性点的接地方式一般是指供电端或者配电端电力变压器中性点的接地方式,中性点接地方式涉及电网的安全性、可靠性、经济性;同时直接影响系统设备绝缘水平的选择、过电压水平及继电保护方式、通讯干扰等。目前,我国的配电网主要采用消弧线圈接地方式或者小电阻接地方式,部分地区也采用中性点直接接地或不接地运行方式,但是随着科学技术的进步以及人们对电力系统研究水平的提高,中性点消弧线圈接地方式和小电阻接地方式的优势越来越显著。所以在进行配电网建设时,越来越多的考虑使用这两种接地方式。
本文就配电网中性点的接地方式着重对消弧线圈接地方式和小电阻接地方式做了详细的说明。
在文章中首先列举各种接地方式的优缺点及适用环境;其次,对10KV配电网的运行特点与中性点接地方式进行简单说明;第三,详细分析、比较消弧线圈接地方式和小电阻接地方式;最后进行实例选型设计。

10KV work neutral point grounding mode analysis and design
ABSTRACT
Power system neutral point grounding generally refers to supply-side or the distribution side power transformer neutral point grounding, neutral grounding grid involving safety, reliability, economy; also directly affect the system equipment insulation level choice, over-voltage protection level and manner, communication present, China's work mainly uses the arc suppression coil grounding or low resistance grounding method is also used in parts of the neutral point directly grounded or ungrounded operation mode, but with the advancement of science and technology and people's level of research on the power system increase, the neutral point arc suppression coil grounding methods and the advantages of low resistance grounding means more and more significant. Therefore, in the work construction, more and more ground to consider using these two methods.
This paper work neutral point grounding focuses on the arc suppression coil grounding and low resistance grounding way to do a detailed description.
First, in the article cited advantages and disadvantages of various grounding for the environment; Secondly, the operating characteristics of 10KV work and neutral grounding briefly described; Third, detailed analysis, comparing the arc suppression coil grounding and small resistance grounding; Finally, examples of type design.
