安徽生产性服务业发展的制约因素及其对策
Restricting factors and its countermeasures of producer service industry
in Anhui
内容摘要:在界定生产性服务业的内涵和作用的基础上,分析了安徽省生产性服务业的发展水平特征,发展速度和结构,提出安徽省生产性服务业发展的制约因素。分析表明安徽生产性服务业发展规模逐年增长但仍然偏小,对GDP贡献还小,行业内部发展不平衡,创新能力不足,布局分散,没有形成集聚效应,投资力度不够,人员素质偏低。基于上述分析结果,最后从政策、聚集效应、人才、投资和市场等方面提出促进安徽省生产性服务业发展的建议。

Abstract: in the definition of producer services connotation and function, and on the basis of analysis of Anhui province, the development level of producer services characteristics, the speed of development and the structure, put forward the Anhui province factors restricting the development of producer services. Analysis shows that the Anhui producer service industry in the development scale increased year by year but still slants small, contribution to GDP is small, industry internal balance, innovation ability is insufficient, scattered layout, did not form accumulation effect, not enough investment, low quality of personnel. Based on the above analysis results finally from the policy, gather the effect, talent, investment and market put forward to promote productive Suggestions on the development of the service industry in Anhui province.
