摘要
随着经济全球化的不断推进,产业集聚区作为区域经济发展的一种重要方式,受到世界各国越来越多的关注。在国外,以产业集聚区的方式发展经济取得显著成就的范例数不胜数;在中国,产业集聚区比较发达的地区当数珠三角地区和江浙地区。而地处中原的河南省,虽然近年来产业集聚区也有快速的发展,但是和国内外成熟发达的产业集聚区相比,河南省的产业集聚区不仅发展落后,而且在发展的过程中存在着很多问题,这些问题有待解决。
本文从产业集聚区的概述开始,继而对河南省产业集聚区的现状做了基本介绍,最后阐述河南省产业集聚区科学发展的对策建议,认为应编制好科学发展规划,优化产业组织结构,大力培养人才、鼓励创新,同时应加强基础设施和公共服务体系建设,努力解决土地问题,继而推进河南省产业集聚区又好又快发展。

THE DEVELOPMENT STATUS AND COUNTERMEASURES OF INDUSTRY CLUSTER
AREA IN HE NAN PROVINCE
Abstract
With the continuous advance of economic globalization, industrial agglomeration area, as an important way of regional economic development, has attracted more and more attentions from countries all over the world. In other countries, there are countless examples of remarkable achievements made in economic development through industrial clustering; while in China, only the Pearl River Delta region and Jiang Zhe District belong to the relative more developed regions of industrial clustering. Located in central China, He Nan Province, compared to other mature and developed industrial agglomeration area at home and abroad, despite a rapid development of industrial agglomeration area in recent years, lags behind in its industrial agglomeration area and has many problems in the process of its development and these problems need be solved.
This thesis firstly introduces its function positioning. Then it analyses the present situation of development of He Nan’s industrial cluster area. Finally, the thesis elaborates countermeasures that we should prepare the plan for scientific development, optimize the industrial structure, vigorously develop the talents, encourage innovation. We also should strengthen the constructions of basic infrastructure, public service system, and solve the land issue so as to promote the healthy and fast development of the industrial cluster area.
