摘要
随着可燃性气体种类和应用范围的增长,其使用的地方和贮气仓库内的泄漏、火灾爆炸事件日益增多。从安全、环保和经济的角度上考虑,研究测量可燃性气体自动报警和自动打开排气装置的一种控制装置是非常重要的。
此设计对可燃性气体泄漏报警、以及控制器进行了非常深的研究,采用了“探测器加单片机控制电路”设计思维,具有反应快,误差小等优点。选用TGS-813半导体陶瓷式气体传感器对现场可燃性气体浓度进行测量,采用性价比和功能较高的AT89S51单片机作为中央处理单元,对浓度信号进行收集、数据做处理、显示、报警及打开排气装置等步骤。
此设计的可燃性气体报警、控制器可以测量到空气中以烷类气体为主的多样可燃性气体的浓度,实时显示浓度值,当达到预先设置的上限报警值时,发出声音报警和控制信号,以提示操作人员采取安全措施或自动控制相关安全设备。该报警、控制器可以实时、准确测量可燃性气体浓度,并且可以长时间可靠无误的报警,具有很广泛的应用前景和价值。

Abstract

This design bustible gas leak alarm, and a controller in-depth study, using a "probe plus MCU control circuit" design thinking, with a small error, fast response and so on. Selection TGS-813 semiconductor ceramic gas sensor for measuring the concentration of flammable gas field, the use of higher cost and functionality AT89S51 microcline as the central processing unit of the concentration signal collection, data do processing, display, alarm and open the exhaust other steps.
The design of bustible gas alarm, the controller can be measured into the air to gas-based and diverse alkane concentration of flammable gas, real-time display of concentration values, when it reaches a pre-set limit alarm value, the alarm sounds and control signals to prompt the operator to take safety measures or automatic control related safety equipment. The alarm, the controller in real time, accurate measurement bustible gas concentration, and the reliability and accuracy of the alarm can be long, with a very broad application prospects and value.
