摘要
高镁水泥与普通硅酸盐水泥相比,具有相对较大膨胀性的特点。大体积混凝土的干缩会在混凝土内部形成很气孔,这会造成水泥石的强度损失,由于高镁水泥中的氧化镁含量较高,而氧化镁水化形成的水镁石会体积膨胀,可以较好地弥补气孔造成的强度损失,甚至可以在混凝土内部形成内部形成自应力,使水泥的强度有所提高。
本论文通过改变水泥熟料中的氧化镁和石膏掺量,采用国标的实验方法来研究掺入氧化镁后水泥的体积变化情况,通过XRD和SEM分析形成这种变化的原因。
实验结果表明,在氧化镁掺量较低的情况下,形成的氢氧化镁的含量少,分布分散,试样无明显气孔和裂纹,在镁含量高时,形成的氢氧化镁含量多,聚集集中,在SEM下能看到明显的气孔和裂纹。

Abstract
Magnesia pared with ordinary Portland cement, has the characteristics of relatively large expansion. The dry shrinkage of the mass concrete will be formed in the concrete internal porosity, which can cause the strength of the cement stone loss, due to the magnesium oxide content in magnesia cement is higher, and magnesium oxide hydration of brucite volume expansion, can well make up the strength loss caused stomatal, can even since stress is formed within the forming inside the concrete, the strength of the cement increased.
In this paper by changing the dosage of magnesium oxide in cement clinker and gypsum, the national standard of experimental method is used to study mixed with magnesium oxide cement volume change situation, formed by XRD and SEM analysis. The reasons for this change
Experimental results show that in the case of magnesia content is low, the formation of the content of magnesium hydroxide, scattered distribution, sample without apparent porosity, crack, and in a high magnesium content, the formation of magnesium hydroxide content, focus, can see the obvious porosity and crack under SEM.
