摘要
优质碳素结构钢中的非金属夹杂物对其质量和性能有重要影响,所以,必须控制非金属夹杂物以提高钢的质量,本文分析了45钢中非金属夹杂物的种类、数量和来源。
采用的研究方法为:取45热轧圆钢磨制做金相观察,观察其中的夹杂物种类和数量,进行评级;取拉伸试样和冲击试样断口,对断口上特定区域的夹杂物进行成分分析,确定夹杂物成分及类型。
研究表明,45钢中硫化物类夹杂较少,而氧化物类和硅酸盐类夹杂的含量较多,这主要是由于在炼钢和连铸过程中,脱氧不充分造成的内生夹杂和卷渣滞留及耐火材料脱落造成的外来夹杂,但不排除原材料中自带得内生夹杂。根据夹杂物来源,给出控制夹杂物的建议。

ABSTRACT
The nonmetallic inclusions in the steels have an important effect on their qualities and properties, so, it's necessary to keep the quantities of the nonmetallic inclusions in control. This thesis is mainly to study the position,quantities and origins of the nonmetallic inclusions.
The experiments of this study are as follows: take 45 samples from different furnaces to make metallographic test, identify the types and quantities of the nonmetallic inclusions and equal to rate; take tensile and impact fracture samples from bars after finishing treatment to observe the grain structure of fracture with Scanning Electron Microscopy, determine the position and types of the areas those are thought as nonmetallic inclusions and confirm the sources of them.
The result shows: during the steel making and continuous casting, deoxidation is not enough and roll residue is trapped, so it will e endogenous inclusion, of course, it's also including the inclusions of the raw materials aggregation, this will e exogenous nonmetallic inclusions. Then according to the sources of the nonmetallic inclusions, we will propose proper measures.
