基于 DSP 的电能质量监测仪的研制
摘要
电能质量问题随着大量非线性电力设备在电网中的应用,已经得
到我国政府的高度重视。要解决电网中越来越多的电能质量问题,首
先就要解决其检测和监控问题。本课题正是在这样的背景下展开的。
本课题从检测电能质量的算法入手,利用近年来出现的一些优秀
算法和国际标准中推荐的检测方法,实现了电网谐波状况,三相不平
衡度,电网闪变状况等我国标准中规定参数的测量。具体而言,对于
电网谐波分析,采用了加窗插值傅立叶分析算法。它既简化了硬件平
台的结构,又能提高测量的精度。对于闪变测量,采用了 IEC 的推
荐测量方案,并将 IEC 方案中的模拟滤波器改进为数字滤波器。
本课题设计了一个基于 DSP 的嵌入式系统为硬件开发平台。选
用了基于 Ti 公司 TMS320VC5509 DSP 芯片作为运算核心。配合六路
同时采样 AD 转换电路,异步通讯接口,以及作为人机界面的 ARM
平台,实现了电能质量测量的各种算法和最终的显示,交互。
在介绍完本课题的算法、硬件平台和软件实现之后。本文给出了
算法的计算机仿真和所研制的监测仪的实测结果,并对照国家标准进
行了误差分析。

QUALITY MONITOR INSTRUMENT BASED ON DSP
ABSTRACT
Power Quality has been paid much attention by our government, with
lots of non-linear load being used. To solve the problems of power quality
in electric , we should solve real time power quality detection
and monitor first. This lesson has envolved under such a background.
The lesson is started with the algorithm researching of power quality
detection. By adopting a series of newest algorithm appeared in recent
years and mended by some international standards, we realized the
detection of harmonics, three phases unbalance, and flicker of electric
. In details, we used the algorithm of interpolatating windowed
FFT for harmonics analysis, which can simplify the design of hardware,
and also improve the precision of the detection. We adopted the method
mended by IEC for flicker detection, and improve the method by
using digital filters instead of analog filters defined in IEC standard.
An embedded system based on DSP is developed as a hardware
platform. Ti TMS320VC5509 DSP chip is choosed as a calculation core.
We finally realized the detection algorithm and the operation interface
between operator and the instrument, by working with 6-channel
simultaneous smpling AD converter, munication interface,
ARM platform and other hardware circuits.
