摘要
改革开放以来,我国民营企业得到了很大发展,在国民经济发展中起到越来越重要的作用,己经成为国民经济发展的重要组成部分。但由
于内外部因素的影响,民营企业的进一步发展受到了制约。
本文拟对民营企业的发展现状进行研究,揭示和分析民营企业发展中存在的障碍和若干问题,并且提出相应的解决方案,以实现民营企业的持续、稳定、健康的发展。首先用大量数据论述了民营企业生存发展的现状。然后,从民营企业的微观方面剖析了民营企业面临的战略不明确、缺乏核心竞争力、急于多元化、缺乏现代企业制度、忽视企业文化建设等问题,揭示了民营企业自身的缺陷。通过对民营企业缺乏核心竞争力的分析,论述了缺乏核心竞争力问题是民营企业发展中的主要内因并从三个方面说明了如何加强企业的核心竞争力;从民营企业内部管理角度指出战略不明确问题是制约民营企业竞争力的关键因素,通过战略目标、规划、决策、执行四个方面加强企业的战略选择;指出企业缺乏现代企业制度、盲目多元化是困扰民营企业发展的重要因素;最后说明了企业文化对民营企业的重大作用,并从六个方面深入的探讨了如何建设企业文化。
通过以上内容的介绍,我们可以从大体上对我国中小民营企业的发展现状及存在的问题有一些感性的认识。

ABSTRACT
