在旧轮胎翻新的生产中,要经过打磨、涂胶、成型、硫化等工艺过程,其中硫化
工艺过程的控制将直接影响产品的质量。由于硫化罐运行环境比较恶劣,有较大干扰,
含有滞后环节,控制不当容易引起系统超调和持续的振荡;而且它的系统数学模型不
能准确地确立,用常规的 PID 控制很难达到预期的效果。模糊控制有响应快和超调
小,对过程参数的变化不敏感,即具有很强的鲁棒性,能够克服非线性因素的影响。
模糊控制具有不依赖于对象数学模型的特性,常规的模糊控制对直接建立一个多
变量输入/输出的模糊控制器的控制规则是困难的。因为变量越多,模糊规则的维数越
高,设计的计算量就越大。本文介绍的模糊控制器不仅使控制规则和计算量减少,而且
将干扰作为模糊控制输入变量,有更快的响应和更小的超调。
DSP 芯片,也称数字信号处理器,是一种特别适合于进行数字信号处理运算的
微处理器,其主要应用是实时快速地实现各种数字信号处理算法。本文以
TMS320LF2407 为主控芯片,采用模糊控制策略,设计了硫化罐温度模糊控制器。实
验结果验证了所设计控制器的良好性能。

Abstract
In the production of old tire turn to new, it is need to pass by to beat,
draw the gum, model, vulcanization and so on. Among them, the control of the
vulcanized craft process will affect the quantity of the product directly.
Because of the vulcanized bottle works in the environment which is worse, there
are bigger interference and big delay , if don’t control it appropriate will
cause the system easily super in harmony and keeping on of flap. Because of
its system mathematics model can't establish accurately, using the PID of the
normal regulations control is very difficult to attain the anticipant
the fuzzy control responds to quick and super adjust small, to the
variety of the process parameter is not sensitive, then have the very strong
robust, can e the influence of the non-line’s factor.
Fuzzy logic control is a mathematical model-free control technique and
provides a systematic method to incorporate human experience and implement
nonlinear algorithms. It is hard to build the control rules of MIMO in
convetion fuzzy control. The reason is the bigger of variable number,the
bigger of control rule number, and this will lead to the pute
load. The fuzzy controller that is introduced in this paper reduces largely
the number of control rules pute , we look the disturb as
the input of fuzzy control,it can get the faster response and the smaller
overshoot.
