香料烟青枯病抗性基因的遗传分析

摘
要:本研究以香料烟青枯病抗病品种 Xanthi、感病品种 Samsun、F1以及 F2群体为研究材料,采用青枯病圃进行抗性
鉴定,利用主基因+多基因混合遗传模型对各群体单株的病情指数进行分析,结果表明:香料烟青枯病抗性基因是受 2对加
性-显性-上位主基因+加性-显性多基因(E-1模型)控制遗传;主基因的遗传率为 %。

Abstract: In this paper, bacterial wilt resistant variety Xanthi and susceptible variety Samsun, their F1s and F2s were used to study
inheritance of resistance of oriental o to bacterial wilt. These populations and their individuals were planted in identifying field
of Fujian Province. The identified data of individuals was analyzed using major gene plus poly-gene mixed inheritance model.
Results indicated that the resistance to bacterial wilt in oriental o was controlled by two independent major genes with
additive-dominance-epistatic effects plus polygenes with additive-dominance eff
