有源电力滤波器是抑制电网谐波的有效措施之一。并联型有源电力滤波器可
较好地补偿电流型谐波源产生的谐波。本文基于瞬时无功功率理论的 ip-iq 方法,
利用数字信号处理器(Digital Signal Processor — DSP)实现了谐波电流的检测,
并对并联型有源电力滤波器的控制方法进行了研究。
本文首先介绍了电能质量控制技术及并联型有源电力滤波器的研究背景,然
后分析了并联型有源电力滤波器的系统结构和基本工作原理。在瞬时无功功率理
论的基础上研究了该理论的检测方法,对并联型有源电力滤波器的主电路和基于
DSP 的全数字控制系统的软件和硬件进行了设计,并提出了一种适合在定点 DSP 上
实现的定时比较 PWM 算法。最后,利用 MATLAB 提供的电力系统仿真工具箱对并联
型有源电力器进行了整个系统的建模和仿真分析。
仿真和实验结果表明,基于 DSP 的全数字控制系统硬件和软件结构设计合理,
它可以实现对谐波电流的实时准确的检测;谐波检测中所采用的基于动态循环缓
存的平均值数字低通滤波器,可以满足检测要求并易于实现;并联型有源电力滤波
器补偿性能良好,所提出的定时比较 PWM 的算法简单快速而有效,适合在定点 DSP
上使用。

Abstract
As one of the most effective means to eliminate harmonics, Active Power Filter pensate
dynamically power system harmonics. Shunt active power filter (SAPF) is very fit pensate
current source harmonics. The ip-iq harmonics detection method based on the instantaneous reactive
power theory is finished, and fully-digital control method of SAPF is studied by means of digital
signal processor (DSP).
Firstly the research background of the power quality control and shunt active power filter is
introduced, and then the system configuration and basic operation principles are that,
instantaneous reactive power theory is researched; software and hardware of the fully-digital control
system based on DSP are designed and achieved. Besides, a novel implementation algorithm of time
compare pulse width modulation is proposed on fixed-point DSP. At last the simulation models are
built up by the Simpowersystems toolbox of Matlab.
The result of simulation and test shows that the shunt active power filter pensate the
current harmonics drawn by current type harmonics source; software and hardware structure of the
fully-digital control system based on DSP is designed, which can validly detect harmonics from load
