CA6DL 柴油机四气门缸盖进气道的开发

摘要: 介绍了 CA6DL 柴油机四气门缸盖进气道的开发过程, 对气缸盖中常采用的螺旋气道、切向气道的特点
进行了分析, 并对在四气门缸盖中这两种气道的组合形式及气门的布置对缸盖结构的影响进行了研究; 文中
也概括了 CA6DL 柴油机气道的开发流程, 在进气道的开发过程中, 运用了 Pro/ E 三维造型技术, 从而缩短了
气缸盖的开发周期。最终该四气门进气道的开发满足了 CA6DL 柴油机性能开发的要求。

Abstract: This paper mainly introduced the 4 valve intake port development progress of CA6DL diesel engine. The main char
acteristics of helical port and tangent port are analysed, and the influences of these two kinds of intake ports and valve arrange
ments on the cylinder head structure are investigated. In this paper the developing process of the CA6DL engine port is summa
rized by using the Pro/ E 3D model technology, the developing period is shortened . Finally the designed 4 valve intake port
has fully met the engine performance requir
