在个经济全球化的时代,竞争激烈,优胜劣汰是不可否认的准则。竞争市场中,一个个企业倒下,一个个企业又被创立,然而有的企业毅然坚挺着。任何一个组织企业的创立,成长,发展,衰落都有着各种各样的内部原因和外不因素。香港迪士尼,一个给人们美好快乐享受的乐园,也有它自己的成就与辛酸。那么他的未来怎样?应该怎样才能继续给我们这座东方之城注入新元素,新活力,新快乐—迪士尼文化?SWOT分析是管理学中一种研究组织、分析问题的基本方法。SWOT分析,将香港迪斯尼的优势潜力和问题威胁凸显,提出解决办法和扬长之策。

Abstract
In this era of economic globalization, competition, the survival of the fittest is undeniable. petitive market, when some enterprise fall, one by one enterprises are founded, however some enterprise which took over the firm. Any one of the founding, growth, development, fading diversely has internal reasons and factors outside. Hong Kong Disneyland, a bright and happy for people to enjoy paradise, also has its own ess and bitter. So how is his future? How should we can continue to enrich the East city with new elements, new energy, new happiness — Disneyland culture? SWOT analysis is a basic method to analyze the problem and anization in management. SWOT analysis, will highlight Hong Kong Disney's potential advantages and problems threatening so that proposes solutions and encouraging.
