数控机床加工宏程序教学案例开发与研究
内容摘要
论文基于国产华中数控系统提供的用户宏程序功能,结合职业院校数控技术应用等相
关专业《数控设备及编程》理论教学和实践教学、数控操作技能培训和数控技能竞赛赛前
培训,乃至相关专业职业院校学生未来实现高质量就业等需求,进行数控车床、数控铣床
和加工中心加工宏程序教学案例的开发与研究。对诸如曲线的多种圆弧逼近加工方式在宏
程序中的实现、加工宏程序执行过程中由于复杂计算造成时间延迟导致的加工停顿和过切
现象的解决、宏程序实现逼近加工误差计算及控制乃至实现等误差逼近加工、宏程序编程
技巧探索研讨等问题展开研究,并依托这些研究成果,开发出系列适用于职校不同层次数
控专业理论实践教学培训需要的数控车、铣床(含加工中心)宏程序教学案例。课题紧扣
职教工作实际,力求理论上深入发掘取得成果,又能在应用方面具有鲜明的职教特色,还
注重从生产实践中寻找命题,将所获成果转化为生产力,使课题研究融入“中国创造”大
背景。

The Development and Research about the Teaching-cases
for Custom Macro C Machining
Summary
In this paper, the development and research of teaching cases has been
implemented which concerned with custom macro programming C lathe, CNC milling
machine and machining center, based on the custom macro function provided by
C system and to meet the needs of the course "CNC programming" theory
teaching and practice teaching, vocational skills training and training before
C petition, as well as the quality employment of C
technology application specialty and other related ones’ students in vocational
schools. It has been done at the beginning to research several different macro
programming ways of arc approximation for non-circular curve, to find solutions
about processing pause and excessive cutting caused by plex calculations
leading to time-consuming, and the macro programming of approximation error’s
calculation and control, furthermore, to realize equal-error linear/arc
approximation for non-circular curve, as well as to explore programming skills,
etc. Then, in the light of the research results, the teaching cases has been
developed which can meet the vocational schools’ needs of theory/practice teaching
for C technology application specialty in different levels. This paper
