【摘要】厂房位于舟山市郊区,是一所生产用的混凝土厂房。。厂房采用混凝土排架结构体系,主材采用钢筋混凝土,屋面板采用预应力混凝土屋面板,柱为混凝土预制柱,场内每跨设32/5t起重机一台,基础为柱下独立基础,基础顶标高-,墙体采用370清水墙。
建筑等级:耐久等级为Ⅱ级,耐火等级为Ⅱ级,设防烈度为7度。地面粗糙度为B类。地下水位在-。

【ABSTRACT】 The industrial building lies in the suburb of zhoushan, which is a building of reinforced concrete structure .The total area is industrial building adopts concrete bent construction, primary using the material of reinforced. However, the proof of the building adopts the precast slap. And the column use the precast column . There is one crane in each span. The foundation is a single foundation under the column, with a elevation level of - m. The wall is made up of the clay and the width is 370mm
