摘要
本次毕业设计主要是对1250mm曲轴车床的主轴箱进行设计。一般的主轴箱中有主轴、变速机构,操纵机构和润滑系统等,但这次设计的主轴箱将主轴与变速机构分离,在主轴箱外另设计一个变速箱,通过变速箱来实现主轴的不同转速。主轴箱除应保证运动参数外,还应具有较高的传动效率,传动件具有足够的强度和刚度,噪声要低,振动要小,具有良好的工艺性,便于检修,成本较低,防尘、防漏、外形美观等。

Abstract

二、曲轴车床的概述
曲轴车床是一类专门化机床,用来加工内燃机及空气压缩机曲轴的连杆颈及曲轴臂内侧。与一般车床相比,曲轴车床有如下特点:
(1)、采用特殊卡盘。这种卡盘除具有一般卡盘的功能外,还有调整偏心量及方位角的功能。卡盘装在机床主轴上,滑台可在卡盘体的径向导轨上移动,以调整偏心量。夹头夹持工件,并可绕自己的轴线回转,调整方位角。
(2)、两端驱动。机床左右两端带有相同的主轴箱,夹持曲轴两端同步驱动,以减少曲轴在切削过程中的扭转变形。
(3)、多刀加工。为了提高生产率,曲轴车床一般具有前后刀架,同时加工连杆颈及曲轴臂侧面。
