摘要
随着钢铁行业规模的不断扩大,铁矿石的总需求逐渐增加。以及当前进口铁矿石价格迅猛上涨,矿山规模的进一步扩大和矿山逐渐进入深部开采,矿石的原矿品位和相对可磨度进一步降低,磨矿成本也随着升高。进一步降低入磨粒度将是下一步选矿厂技术改造的努力方向,实现这一目标的前提之一是如何实现预选抛尾,使得在降低采出矿石品位,扩大资源储量的同时,不降低选矿的入选品位,不提高选矿的生产成本。因此无论是极贫磁铁矿石还是极贫氧化铁矿石,必须在入磨前采用高效的破碎、选别设备,寻求更好的抛尾效果,大幅度提高入磨原矿品位,采用更彻底的“多碎少磨”方法提升超贫铁矿石的选矿经济效益。
本课题是对白云鄂博西矿极贫磁铁矿的选矿试验,利用“原矿细破碎BX永磁筒式磁滑轮预选抛尾-精矿超细破碎BX永磁筒式磁滑轮再选抛尾-二磁精矿球磨湿选工艺”,%,与正常矿石一起入磨机分选,从而对白云鄂博西矿极贫磁铁矿实现了综合利用,同时设计了3种试验方案,并进行了试验,为该矿的开发提供了技术上可行、经济上合理的工艺流程和工艺条件。同时,该专用设备也为此类型低品位贫磁铁矿开发利用提供了有效途径。本课题还对该类型矿石的开发利用具有一定的指导意义。
