摘要
此次设计是十字头零件的加工工艺和夹具设计,其毛坯为铸造,具有体积小,零件复杂的特点,其中有几道工序夹具都采用专用夹具。机械的加工工艺及夹具设计是我们在完成了大学的全部课程之后,进行的一次理论联系实际的综合运用,使我对专业知识、技能有了进一步的提高,为从事专业的工作打下基础。我的毕业设计为十字头的机械加工工艺及指定工序专用夹具的设计。
就我个人而言,我希望通过这次的设计能够让我了解并认识一般机器零件的生产过程,巩固和加深所学的技术基础课和专业课的知识,理论联系实际,从中锻炼自己分析问题、解决问题的能力

ABSTRACT
This design is crosshead machining process of the part and fixture design, the blank for casting, has small, parts of the characteristics plex, a few procedure fixture use special jig. Mechanical processing technology and fixture design is pleted the full course at the university of the time, after prehensive use theory with practice, leads me to the professional knowledge and skills have further enhance, for professional work to lay the foundation. I graduated from the design for the crosshead machining technology and special fixture design specified procedure.
Personally, I hope that through this design can let me understand and know general machine parts, consolidate and enhance the production process learned knowledge of technical fundamental course and specialized course, link theory with practice and to exercise their ability to analyze and solve problems
