振动实验台的设计及测试系统开发
[摘要]这篇文章介绍了振动实验台的设计及其测试系统开发。振动实验台就是用来做振动试验的一种装置。本文对振动实验台的国内外现状以及发展趋势和这次所设计的机械振动实验台的整个过程都作了详细的论述。这次设计分为机械设计和测试系统开发两个部分。本次设计主要是争对教学实验的设计,所以在机械设计部分中的传动机构的设计,激振装置的设计,以及台架的设计都经过方案的筛选。最后选用悬臂梁机械振动台,其激振装置是设计了一个能产生正玄波位移的凸轮和一个能产生三角波位移的凸轮。在测试系统开发部分根据需要选择了一些先进的测试仪器,比如位移传感器和速度传感器以及A/D转换器,并且基于用VB语言编写程序所实现的测试软件的开发以便得到激振装置所产生的位移和速度曲线,然后得到振动台的振动规律。
