摘要
本论文通过对国内外 DNC 技术发展现状的研究,根据加工车间具体的需要,
设计了一种基于工业以太网的嵌入式 DNC 集成控制系统。文章从 DNC 系统赖以
运行的网络着手,研究并建立了基于工业以太网的车间局域网模式,采用冗余星
型拓扑结构构建了快速、稳定、抗干扰能力强的局域网环境。
采用 PC104 主板,设计了嵌入式 DNC 智能终端系统,详细说明了 DNC 网
络的配置过程。实现了从 RS-232C 串行接口到 10Mbps 以太网接口的转换,支持
标准 RS-232C 接口和具有特殊通信协议的串行通信接口的数据传输,实现了广义
DNC 功能。
研究了加工车间数控系统的数据传输方式,创建了统一的数据传送格式。采
用创建的万能输入法,通过操作数控设备的控制面板,实现了异构数控系统的有
效集成。通过解剖不同数控系统的通信协议,将软插件技术应用到 DNC 系统中,
针对不同的数控系统,编制不同的驱动程序。通过软件的控制,实现数控系统类
型的自动识别和 NC 程序的自动传输。
对硬件进行优化设计,加大了智能终端的存储器容量,深入研究“程序再开”
功能,实现了程序续传的快速性和准确性。通过软件设计,解决了多台数控设备
同时在线加工的通信竞争问题。

ABSTRACT
This paper studied on the development of the DNC technology in home and
abroad, researched on the basic requirement of manufacturing workshop, designed a
kind of Embed DNC integrated control system base on industrial . This paper
entered on work depend on which DNC system run, studied and built up
workshop LAN model that found on industrial , adopted redundant star
topology structures to build up LAN environment which is speedily, steadily and has
great anti-jamming ability.
PC104 mainboard is adopted, embed DNC intelligent terminal system is designed
and the work configuration process is also elaborated. The conversion from
RS-232C serial interface to 10Mbps interface, the data transmission which
supported by standard RS-232C interface and munication interface with the
character of munication protocols is actualized and the generalized DNC
founction is also realized.
This paper proposed the standard of date transfer format by researching the date
transfer models of numerical control systems in the manufacturing workshop. The
different NC systems can be availably integrated by using the new standard and
operating the control panel of the NC equipments. This paper analyzed the
